Ministry House

Awesome day working/painting at the gallery/ministry house.  I don’t have much yet (have 2 art easels, 2 camping chairs, and 1 display rack), but I could paint! I painted the scroll on the front of the building and Nikki worked on mural inside – looks awesome!  We were so blessed to get that donated paint!  I talked with Bethany today.  She is such an encouragement – we both prayed for each other.  She told me of how she was walking through the park on Sunday, feeling really down and she sat by the creek.  She told of a vision God gave her.  He told her to imagine a basket floating down the stream and that she was to list her troubles one by one, put them on a piece of paper, put them in the basket and imagine them going down stream.  She was to leave them there and let them go.  That was a great encouragement to me.  I always loved the sound of running water, streams, waterfalls, and I can just imagine the same thing.  Awesome word!   

I went to Chamber of Commerce “after hours meeting” at the suggestion/invitation of a local business owner.   I introduced our new business/ministry and met some awesome people, including LaDell and Wilma – I hope they come to the ministry house to hang out with us.  I had an awesome time talking about God and healing with him.  William went to prayer meeting, he took Josh.  They talked about evangelism and how they can minister to the people of Fountain.  That was awesome.   William met John who may have job for him – he’s a contractor.  William left prayer meeting at 8 and picked me up and we went back to prayer meeting.

Poor William is having such an awful time breathing – between that asthma he has (full blown rag weed season, worse than normal) and the bronchitis he’s had the past couple weeks.  I hope his sprayer comes in soon – Mark said he mailed it last week.  Mark was so awesome to have picked it up for him and was willing to mail it to us.
